I will look after it in the same way I would want mine looking after, keeping it secure! I will only share it with others where I need their help to deliver my service to you (such as my professional printing laboratory who may need your name and address to post your purchases). THE DATA WE COLLECT

We will also record a date of birth for all persons we photograph under the age of 13 and require the parent or a legal guardian to consent to photography.

By competing this contact from you agree to Lucy Anne Lloyd Photography contacting you about photography services provided by Lucy Anne Lloyd Photography. You will not be added to any mailing lists and will only be contacted by Lucy Anne Lloyd Photography in relation to your enquiry. Your personal details will not be used for any marketing purposes, nor will they be passed onto any third parties. They will only be stored in the email generated by this contact form which will be filed in the email account for Lucy Anne Lloyd Photography, which is password protected and can only be accessed by Lucy Anne Lloyd Photography. If you wish to request for any email(s) containing your personal information to be deleted, please email info@lucyannelloydphotography.co.uk with this request. Obviously being a photographic business we also create and manage images as per our contractual agreement(s).

CLIENT GALLERIES

Lucy Anne Lloyd Photography creates a client gallery for each client to whom images are delivered as part of the services contracted. Lucy Anne Lloyd Photography client galleries are externally hosted by Pixieset. Their privacy policy can be found here: https://pixieset.com/privacy/ To access a client gallery you will be required to enter personal data (namely your email address) and a password to create an account. Your personal data (email address) will be stored within Pixieset's system, on their servers and will be used to email you only with information relevant to the client gallery you have accessed – e.g. order delivery updates. Only Lucy Anne Lloyd Photography will have access to your personal data (email address), stored on Pixieset's system on behalf of Lucy Anne Lloyd Photography. It will only be used as detailed above, will not be used for any other marketing purposes and will not be passed onto any third parties. Pixieset's technical support team will have means to access your personal data (email address) but will never access or share this data other than by request from Lucy Anne Lloyd Photography. By logging into a Lucy Anne Lloyd Photography client gallery you are agreeing to opt-in to receive relevant, gallery specific emails as described above. Emails are automated so if you do not wish to receive such emails it is advised that you do not log into any client galleries. CLIENT DATA HELD ON FILE

We take care over the processes around looking after personal data stored on our physical systems. Lucy Anne Lloyd Photography holds the following personal data of clients: Names Addresses Phone Numbers If you decide to book the photography services of Lucy Anne Lloyd Photography, these details are held within soft copy and sometimes hard copy contracts/consent forms. Soft copy documents are securely stored within my password protected PC and backed up to a secure external hard drive. Hard copy contracts are filed in my secure home office. Client photos are safely stored on my password protected PC and may be backed up to a secure external hard drive for the purpose of avoiding data loss. Lucy Anne Lloyd Photography’s invoices are created and stored on Monzo.com, which include your email address, names and address for the purpose of creating these invoices. Your personal data will be stored within Monzo’s system and will only be used to email you with your invoice and details on how to pay your invoice. This information is only accessible by Lucy Anne Lloyd Photography.

There are also certain situations in which we may share access to your personal data without your explicit consent; for example, if required by law, to protect the life of an individual, or to comply with any valid legal process, government request, rule or regulation.

We also give you the option to manage your data via: Email (lalphotos@outlook.com) While we do not hold personal data any longer than we need to. The duration will depend on your relationship with us, and whether it is ongoing. We may keep some of your personal data for up to 7 years after our working contract with you has finished for Tax legislation purposes. After this time we will archive your photographs indefinitely along with your relevant details and consent forms. This is due to requests for replacement images being made several years after being taken.

WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

Anyone photographed by Lucy Anne Lloyd Photography, whether past or current may withdraw consent for an image in which they appear to be displayed. The process for this is to email lalphotos@outlook.com specifying the image in question. Pursuant to the request, Lucy Anne Lloyd Photography will then remove the image from online and printed display wheresoever it appears.

 SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY & USAGE

We adopt a safe and responsible Social Media Policy. While we may have official profiles on social media platforms, users are advised to verify the authenticity of such profiles before engaging with, or sharing information with such profiles. We will never ask for personal details on social media platforms. Users are advised to conduct themselves appropriately when engaging with us on social media.

DISPLAY OF IMAGES

We may display any images to promote Lucy Anne Lloyd Photography on the Lucy Anne Lloyd Photography website and blog, on social media, on pet and equine photography blogs, on pet and equine photography websites, in exhibitions, in advertising, brochures, magazine articles and other such material, providing that the images are used lawfully and without damage to Lucy Anne Lloyd Photography’s client(s). The rights of the people captured in these photographs are protected by Lucy Anne Lloyd Photography as described in this privacy policy.
